We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service and Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team working with Jaguar Land Rover , Nissan and FIAT.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanour will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and have a keen interest in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their service needs and provide accurate information about services offered. Maintain organised records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups using our internal systems. Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly. Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless communication regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the service calendar efficiently. Provide multilingual support to cater to a diverse customer base, enhancing overall customer experience. Utilise Excel for data entry and reporting purposes as required.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual would be highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting tasks. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided On site training will be provide as part of your career progression .

Pay: From 25,750.00 per year
