We pride ourselves on innovation, safety, and teamwork. Due to continued growth, we're seeking a motivated Junior Site Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Junior Site Manager, you'll assist in overseeing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with senior site managers, subcontractors, and clients, gaining hands-on experience in construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Site Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations (e.g., CDM).

- Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship against project specifications.

- Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

- Maintain site records, including inductions, inspections, and daily reports.

- Help resolve on-site issues and escalate concerns to senior management.

- Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in construction (site-based roles, e.g., assistant site manager, site supervisor, or tradesperson with leadership exposure).

Qualifications: SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred. A degree/HND in Construction Management or similar is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic IT skills (MS Office, project software).

Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to read drawings and understand budgets.

Security You shall have a full DBS check and be required to comply with the company policy on GDPR & HS&E procedures.
