Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation and production, ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. As a key member of our restaurant, you will assist in leading the kitchen staff, maintaining food safety protocols, and contributing to a positive hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Help develop new menu items and enhance existing recipes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
