Junior Sous Chef
to join our dynamic kitchen team in the heart of the stunning

Our busy, fast-paced
pub with a large outdoor area
is a local favourite, and we're also part of a thriving
hotel venue
that hosts
weddings and events
year-round. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a lively atmosphere.
What we're looking for:
A motivated, reliable chef with strong organisational skills
A team player with the right personality to complement our well-established kitchen brigade
Someone who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for food
Experience in high-volume kitchens or event catering is a plus
The role:
Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in daily operations
Assisting with preparation, service, and maintaining high kitchen standards
Helping to lead shifts and support junior team members
Ensuring food safety and cleanliness at all times
Hours:
Full-time,
45 hours per week
across a
7-day rota
