hat you will bring to the role
:
Previous experience as a Junior Sous within a new opening or high-profile restaurant/ hotel.
Assist the Sous Chef in food preparation, ensuring high-quality meals are delivered in a timely manner.
Properly measure kitchen ingredients and food portions
Ensure kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules, and sanitation requirements.
Use kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, and warmers in food preparation
Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and sanitised.
Maintain kitchen health and safety standards

Opening in Summer of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London.
Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.
Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 18 cover PDR on the lower level.
