We are an established and successful pub group opening our tenth site early next month. 'The Trafalgar' will be opening on the King's Road serving high quality pub food alongside warm and friendly service.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our opening kitchen team. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading the team, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day kitchen operations and service
Maintain high standards of food presentation and taste
Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock control
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met
Step in for the Head Chef and Sous Chef during their absence
The candidates should:
have at least 12 months experience in a busy kitchen
have a passion for seasonal food and produce
possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
