The Seafood Ristorante is one of Scotlands most iconic dining venues. Michelin recommended since opening in 2017 & Scottish Restaurant of the Year. With this the opportunity has arisen for a new Junior Sous Chef within the team.
We run a 5-5-5 a la carte menu and a seasonal lunch menu with the restaurant open Tuesday - Saturday, with a 4 day working week applied for all of our Kitchen & FOH teams.
The main role would be to aid our Head Chef in preparation of dishes using fresh, local & seasonal ingredients. An excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain great experience, learn and take their career within the industry to the next level. The Seafood's aim is to provide fresh, local, seasonal and delicious food in an exceptional dining environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience with a la carte service and also strong experience with fish prep.
Salary is negotiable depending on previous experience and relocation assistance can also be provided if necessary. Service charge will also be added on top of your salary each month.
