We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team. As a sous chef, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team in a fast-paced food production environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Oversee food production, ensuring high quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Train and mentor team members on proper food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, including food safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
