Are you a passionate foodie with a background in high-end restaurants and fine dining? We're looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade at our prestigious Private Members Club.
This is a rare opportunity to work in an exceptional kitchen, led by a renowned Executive Chef, where quality, creativity, and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting with the day-to-day running of the kitchen alongside the Exec and Sous Chefs
Contributing to menu development, seasonal changes, and daily specials
Ensuring every dish is delivered to the highest standards of taste and presentation
Supporting and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment
Overseeing kitchen admin and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
What we're looking for:
Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience is essential
Proven background in high-end restaurants or private members clubs
Passion for food, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Calm under pressure, with strong organisational and leadership skills
A committed team player eager to learn and grow
The Details:
Mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
Includes evening shifts
A well-structured rota with a strong focus on work-life balance
