Job Description
The Arding Rooms is x+why's newest Private Members Club, located within the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. Blending the iconic Art Deco era, with a modern creative spirit, the Arding Rooms is a space where high end hospitality meets community, comfort and style.
Having recently opened, we are looking for a passionate and polished Restaurant Supervisor to help shape our member experience.
The bit about the role:
Lead and support the floor team during daily service Ensure smooth and elevated experiences for members and guests Assist with training, team briefings, and daily service planning Handle bookings, floor plans, and special member requests Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and discretion Work closely with the Floor Manager and wider club team to deliver excellence The Club will be operate full service 7 days a week from 8am to late.
The bit about you:
Experience in a supervisory or senior floor position Ideally within a private members club or premium hospitality setting Immaculate presentation and confident, professional communication A natural people person who exudes warmth and charisma The ability to keep smiling, even when under pressure Strong organisational skills and consistent attention to detail Flexible, positive and excited to grow with a brand-new opening
