Junior Spares Advisor & Despatch Person

FloFuel and FlightLine Support design and manufacture aircraft refuelling vehicles and aviation refuelling equipment. This includes hydrant dispensers, refuelling trucks, bowsers and other aircraft fuelling equipment such as refuelling steps, pumps, filter skids and master meters. We also manufacture and supply Aviation fuel storage equipment, QC spares and consumables to support aircraft refuelling operations

We are looking for someone to join our busy team

Stores experience is preferred and a knowledge of accounts packages such as Sage would be an advantage, a "can do attitude" is essential.

Junior Spares Advisor & Despatch Person

Responsibilities:

Spares Advisor Duties

Assist customers (phone, email, or counter) with selecting the correct spare parts Look up part numbers using catalogues, diagrams, or stock systems Provide quotes, lead times, and product information Create sales orders and update customer records Communicate with suppliers about parts availability when required

Despatch Duties

Pick, pack, and label outgoing parts accurately Prepare shipping paperwork (delivery notes, courier labels, manifests) Ensure all orders are checked for accuracy before despatch Liaise with couriers and organise collections Help receive and store incoming stock Maintain a tidy and efficient parts/warehouse area

Skills & Attributes

Basic customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good organisation and time-management Ability to use stock or ERP systems (training usually provided) Willingness to learn technical product knowledge Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
Working hours 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm

Salary: 22,000.00-26,000.00 per year
