We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Stylist/ Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality styling services. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing their overall experience. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Stylist, you will support our senior stylists, gain valuable hands on experience, and help create an inviting atmosphere for our clients. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Provide professional styling services including haircuts, colour treatments, and styling. Assist in a fast-paced, busy salon environment with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain an organised and clean workspace to ensure a pleasant environment for clients. Upsell products and services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Passion for hairdressing and a desire to learn and develop your skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly to clients and team members. Ability to upsell products and services confidently. Strong organisational and time management skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support others.
