The Role
We are looking for a resilient and hands-on
Junior Talent Acquisition
to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. This role is fast-paced and requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
recruitment
process from briefing to onboarding.
Lead
volume recruitment
, ideally with experience of the facilities management industry or similar operational industries.
Build effective
relationships with stakeholders
and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth and positive
candidate experience
throughout the process.
Use sourcing tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter
to attract high-quality talent.
Maintain the
ATS
, ensuring accurate data and workflow management.
Support with
recruitment training
for managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and regularly report progress
Collaborate with HR/L&D teams and apply basic
Learning & Development
knowledge when needed.
Skills & Experience
Proven recruitment experience, including
high-volume hiring
.
Experience in facilities management or a similar fast-paced sector is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with
ATS
systems and digital recruitment tools.
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing.
Experience working across different functions and job levels.
Resilient, organised, and comfortable working in a
fast-moving environment
