DilMotion Control Ltd is a specialist engineering company based in Milton Keynes that helps big companies like Coca-Cola and Nestle keep their machines running. We're a small, super-focused team, and we're looking for a new team member who wants a hands-on role with involvement in hardware and control systems, and the opportunity to shape testing protocols.

If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how things work and how to fix them, this is the job for you. You'll be joining a team where your work directly impacts major industries, and you'll have a chance to learn and grow with us.

In this role, you'll get to:

Be a tech detective: Use tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters to diagnose and fix broken industrial controllers and drives. Take ownership: Work on your own projects, including building and improving test rigs to make our process even better. Make a real impact: We're a small, agile team, which means you'll have a direct influence on our success. Your work won't just be a task--it will be a crucial part of keeping major industries running smoothly. Work with a great team: Collaborate with us to brainstorm solutions and keep everything running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who:

Is a natural at figuring out how things work (and why they don't!). Has some experience with electronics, whether from school, a hobby, or a previous job. Is a fast learner and isn't afraid of a challenge. Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work. Is a team player who is also comfortable working independently.

Bonus points if you:

Experience with industrial electronics or power systems. A portfolio of personal projects (like building a cool robot or fixing old gadgets). Knowledge of different brands of industrial drives.
