We're looking for a proactive and organised Junior Transport Administrator to join our busy logistics team. Key Responsibilities:
Help schedule and coordinate transport routes for deliveries.
Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
Keep track of delivery schedules and help with administrative tasks.
Assist in managing paperwork related to transport and deliveries.
Answer basic customer inquiries regarding deliveries or shipments.
Support the team in day-to-day tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
No specific qualifications needed, though some experience in logistics or transport is a bonus.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Flexible start and finish times.
IT literacy, to include familiarity with Outlook, Excel and similar programmes
Professional telephone manner
A friendly, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
An interest in developing a career in transport and logistics.
