Junior Transport Planner

to join our dynamic team and support the efficient movement of our fleet and workforce.

The Role:

As a

Junior Transport Planner

, you'll play a key role in supporting our logistics and transport team. You'll help coordinate vehicle schedules, track deliveries, and ensure our teams are in the right place at the right time, all while keeping everything compliant and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and scheduling of fleet movements and site deliveries Communicate daily plans to drivers and site teams Monitor vehicle locations and delivery timelines Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures Update records and maintain transport management systems Support the Transport Manager with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organisational skills A keen interest in logistics, transport, or construction Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good IT skills (MS Office, particularly Excel) Previous experience in transport/logistics (desirable but not essential) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
