Job Description

Small webdesign company looking for a junior web designer who can help us with projects and other admin/ad-hoc tasks.

Skills you need:

HTML/CSS Some JS/PHP Wordpress/Elementor/Divi Woocommerce/Shopify Understand how hosting works How to set up emails Using Cpanel
You will get full training on everything however you should at least know the basics of setting up a Wordpress/Shopify site and using a pagebuilder.

Also nice to have:

Good telephone manner and know how to speak to customers Able to meet clients in person, happy to travel/have own car Knowledge of SEO/PPC Used email marketing tools Graphics design experience
The ideal candidate will:

Be the type of person who learns a lot in their own time and can show examples Is interested in building and managing websites Likes to work in a small team Wants flexibility with work, but also can provide it too Cares about doing a good job for clients and the company
With your application send one example of something you have worked on and if possible a loom video explainer. For the next stage of interviews I would want to see more examples of what you have done or what you are currently learning.

There is the opportunity for more hours in future depending on your skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
