Justice Sector Executive



About The Role




Due to new business growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable individual to join the Justice Sector team. You will act as the first point of contact for all Justice Sector clients (Police, National Crime Agency), handling calls, bookings, linguist queries, linguist recruitment as well as handling Non Spoken bookings for the whole the business.

Main Duties & Responsibilities



The onboarding of new linguists, overseeing and managing the process end-to-end Engaging with linguists that obtain the appropriate documentation required to become a Justice Sector Linguist Vetting new linguists and supporting them through obtaining the relevant security clearances, eg. NPPV3 Using various recruitment platforms and techniques to engage with potential linguists Successfully booking linguists onto jobs Completing ad-hoc tasks to ensure the contract requirements are met. Working towards internal KPIs Using our in-house booking system Obtaining proof such as passport copies, Right to Work Checks, etc. Case manage new linguists into an approved state Ensuring all compliance is up to date for linguist pool Dealing with day-to-day linguist queries and call handling Inputting information into a database General administrative support for the department manager and team

About You



Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving skills Proficient with all facets of MS Office Pro-active and self motivated
