We specialise in working dog training such as patrol and scent detection work, meaning we welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and passionate full time team member (39 hours per week including weekends and weekdays!). This is a physically demanding, hands-on role where the majority of your time will be spent cleaning kennels and maintaining hygiene across our facility. While you will get to interact with the dogs--including walking, basic enrichment, and assisting with feeding--the primary responsibility is maintaining our high 5-star standards.

Main Duties
Daily kennel cleaning and deep-cleaning routines
Maintaining cleanliness across all dog areas, including pens, play zones, and equipment
Supporting enrichment activities (e.g., using enclosed fields, supervised play)
Assisting with basic feeding and grooming routines
Helping with customer handovers and giving dog progress updates
Walking and handling a range of dogs, including nervous rescues and working breeds
Occasionally supporting enrichment-based training sessions for boarding dogs Taking bookings, deposits, and monitoring appointments (training provided) Who We're Looking For
Someone who is comfortable with physical work and cleaning for the majority of the shift
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
Confident and empathetic when handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Able to deliver excellent customer service and clear handovers
Organised, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Holds a qualification in animal care and has hands-on experience
Has access to reliable transport (we are not on a public transport route)
Additional Info
Shifts include weekends, bank holidays, also including christmas Day - flexibility is essential
We work in all weather conditions, and much of the work is outdoors
