Key Account Coordinator - Based in Dodworth, Barnsley
JOB PURPOSE:
A key account coordinator oversees maintaining relationships with the companies' Key customers. The responsibilities of a key account coordinator are to act as support for a company's most important clients, acting as a liaison between the customer and the business. Updating them via the phone, emails, and portals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide high quality service to customers and help resolve issues relating to repairs and replacement equipment.
Provide high quality service to customers in relation to managing their portals.
Be the first point of contact for customers in order to identify the specific nature of query / enquiry from various sources and take appropriate action.
Once the customer enquiry has been established, develop appropriate records in the service systems.
Efficiently distribute (where necessary) customer enquiries to appropriate colleagues.
Work closely with the Service Branch managers to ensure the relevant admin support is coordinated in relation to quotations, collating service job sheet records and submitting customer invoices on their portals
Build, develop and sustain mutually beneficial working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Carry out other duties which the company may at any time deem necessary.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
General Education or equivalent experience
Evidence of delivering a first-class customer service
Experience in handling incoming calls from a range of people and dealing with these in a polite and professional manner
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel), experience of CRM system - Preferable
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Broad sound knowledge of information and communication technologies including data management and CRM or ERP systems
Ability to remain calm, work effectively under pressure and work as part of a team
Customer service and relationship skills

Clear, concise and assertive communication skills both written and oral
The ability to work as part of a team
A polite, efficient manner particularly when working under pressure and in circumstances where interruptions may be common place
