To own and lead Edyn's UK and Ireland corporate and MICE sales strategy, driving revenue, client retention, and market growth through strategic account management and high-impact partnerships across the corporate and MICE sectors throughout both markets.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Own and manage strategic relatinships with key corporate and MICE clients across the UK and Ireland to maximise commercial value and brand loyalty
Develop and execute a proactive corporate and MICE sales strategy, focused on driving revenue and optimising distribution across both markets
Shape and deliver growth plans for key regions in the UK and Ireland, leveraging market insights and corporate demand data
Lead commercial negotiations, rate strategy, and joint initiatives with corporate partners to optimise visibility and conversion
Drive corporate performance, including preferred partnership programmes and strategic alliances with organisations across both countries
Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals and tactical execution
Analyse perfrmance across all corporate and MICE channels, using insights to refine strategy and report on ROI
Represent Edyn at key industry events and conferences in the UK and Ireland, building visibility and driving influence within the sector
Identify and develop new corporate partnerships, supporting growth and expansion into untapped markets and sectors across both countries
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
Experience:
Significant experience managing strategic crporate and MICE partnerships in hospitality across the UK and Ireland
At least 4 years' experience in the hotel sector across both markets, looking after 2m plus of annual business
Proven track record of driving revenue and brand exposure through corporate networks and MICE sales channels
Deep understanding of corporate travel procurement, MICE booking processes, and distribution strategies in both the UK and Irish markets
Experience managing regional and national accounts with a commercial lens
Minimum 7 years in senior sales or account management roles in fast-paced, commercially focused businesses
Strong knowledge of both the UK and Irish business landscapes and regional corporate markets
Skills:
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and partner management skills
Strategic thinker with a high level of commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Confident negotiator with experience in rate and contract management
Highly analytical and comfortable using performance data to shape sales activity
Proficient in sales, CRM, and reporting platforms
Excellent knowledge of UK and Irish business cultures and corporate procurement practices
