Customer Account Executive - Engineering/Manufacturing

Location:

Darlaston |

Salary:

30,000-35,000 |

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:15am-5:00pm | Permanent Role

We are looking for a Customer Account Executive to support the Commercial Manager in managing key accounts within the engineering and manufacturing sector. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service, accurate order processing, and efficient account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer enquiries and follow up within agreed timescales Administer customer orders accurately, including replenishment stock Maintain customer records, specifications, and reporting data Monitor stock levels, credit limits, and order progress Build strong relationships with key contacts and handle any customer issues

Ideal Experience:

Background in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors Experience in account management, internal sales, or customer service Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Skilled in analysing data, producing reports, and managing stock
