We're now seeking an ambitious
Key Account Manager
to lead the development and management of relationships with our largest and most valued clients -- including Tier 1 main contractors, national developers, and leading consultancies. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who excels at building trust, uncovering opportunities, and delivering measurable value. You'll play a critical part in driving our commercial growth while helping clients achieve outstanding sustainability and compliance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts across the UK.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional levels of service.
Identify opportunities for expanding services across multiple divisions or project teams within client organisations.
Lead client meetings and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.
Monitor project pipelines and upcoming frameworks or tenders.
Track performance and revenue against KPIs and targets.
Report regularly to the senior leadership team on client activity and growth opportunities.
Support pre-sales activity, including proposal development and pricing strategies.
Actively contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of our sales and account management processes.
About You
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, account management, or business development ideally within the construction industry.
Strong track record of managing large or strategic client accounts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded with a customer-first approach.
Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously.
Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel when required
An understanding of the construction supply chain and procurement processes would be advantageous
