We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse market trends to develop strategic plans that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and market trends to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Utilise Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
Lead negotiations with key clients to secure contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving targets.
