Job Summary



Acrelec UK is recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager to join a growing team to oversee a portfolio of tier 1 restaurant brands, casual dining brands and retail brands to enable further business growth.

Your remit will be to service and support the clients, maintaining strong working relationships with a variety of senior stakeholders including IT Directors, providing solutions around both hardware and software queries and ensuring that customer service is consistently delivered. You will also own commercial activities and generate new business opportunities from both existing and new customers, utilising industry experience to upsell, cross sell and generate new business.

You will be joining a successful and expanding business where you are empowered to make the decisions that drive value for customers and are rewarded for developing innovative solutions. This is a hybrid role with some days office working.

Responsibilities



Managing key accounts, improving our proximity and understanding of customer needs, providing solutions and resolving any issues in a timely manner

Generate new business through close partnership with the key account, using existing and potential customer networks

Owning the sales cycle and commercial operations within your account portfolio

Act as the single point of contact to handle customers' needs and requirements

Ability to understand technical aspects of Acrelec solutions and customer systems, (training will be provided)

Liaison with 3rd party partners & suppliers of our customers where necessary

Coordinate internal stakeholders effectively to ensure best practices are being met

Utilising industry experience to generate new business opportunities outside of your account portfolio

Utilising industry experience to generate business opportunities in new vertical markets

Working with our partners and integrators to build joint strategies and identify joint opportunities

Updating and maintaining our CRM platform (Monday.com)

Essential Skills



Previous Senior Key Account Management experience (min 5 years) in QSR, Retail or Hospitality Technology

Proven track record of generating and converting new business opportunities

Exceptional ability to build & maintain customer relationships, with strong proximity

Ability to understand & work with technology as a product

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation - focussing in C Level interactions

Independent, assertive & self-motivated

Experience in owning, delivering and exceeding sales targets

Excellent organisation and time management; managing deadlines and tasks efficiently

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Teams, outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Desirable Skills



Batchelors Degree or equivalent

A background of restaurant solutions or operations

Experience or understanding of EPOS solutions

Understanding of the operational process surrounding the QSR industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
