Are you ready to join the UK's most recognised car mat manufacturer? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in leadership within a sales environment.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their business needs and objectives. Analyse account performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Utilise Salesforce to track account activities, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic plans for management review.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing client relationships and driving sales initiatives. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: Up to 65,000.00 per year
