Overall Purpose
As a Key Account Manager, youll take ownership of a portfolio of Glenigan clientsbuilding relationships, increasing engagement, and securing high-value renewals.
Youll be trusted to maintain and grow client value by promoting platform usage, monitoring ROI, and uncovering upsell opportunities that make sense for each customer. With strong attention to detail, professional communication, and confidence in negotiation, youll help drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Principal Job Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of assigned clients to meet monthly and quarterly renewal billing targets.
Drive user adoption, platform value, and long-term satisfaction.
Monitor usage and ROI against client goals and proactively recommend upgrades.
Respond promptly to support requestsalways aiming for resolution and positive outcomes.
Build a stakeholder map and account plan for each customer.
Lead annual renewals with confidenceapply annual price uplifts and uncover upsell opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date and thorough records in Salesforce.
Take full ownership of your diary, customer journey stages, and high-risk account tracking.

Account Management or B2B Sales experience (3+ years)E
