As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a Key Account Manager who not only understands the commercial side but also the cultural nuances that make our market unique.

THE ROLE



We are seeking an experienced

Key Account Manager

to lead and grow relationships with some of Drumstick's most valued clients, including key wholesalers, retailers, and national accounts.

This role requires someone who is commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and culturally attuned to the needs of the Jewish market. You will work closely with sales reps across regions, provide hands-on support to clients, and play a central role in maintaining the trust and reliability Drumstick is known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Manage and grow sales performance across existing key accounts Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally Work alongside regional sales staff to ensure consistent service and local support Analyse market trends, pricing, and competition to inform commercial strategy Identify and open new high-potential accounts, particularly at the national or regional level Support leadership on offers, promotions, product launches and key seasonal campaigns Ensure that client satisfaction and account growth go hand in hand

WHAT YOU BRING



10+ years' experience in key account management or national account sales Strong track record of managing B2B client relationships and hitting sales targets A deep understanding of the Jewish market both culturally and commercially (this is essential)*
Excellent communication, follow-through, and relationship skills A background in the food sector is preferred but not essential A calm, mature, and growth-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
