As a member of C365Clouds Customer Retention and Acquisition team, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing key client accounts while identifying new opportunities to drive business growth. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, this role combines strategic account management with being responsible for managing key customer relationships, making it ideal for an ambitious, commercially focused professional.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Customer Retention and Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service levels and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement robust account strategies and client mapping focused on retention and growth.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Actively identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and secure additional revenue streams.
Represent C365Cloud as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and tailored solutions that help clients unlock the full value of our platform.
Act as the focal point for any escalated customer issues, ensuring swift resolution by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients
Produce accurate and timely service reports as required, providing valuable insights into performance, compliance, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Commercial Awareness
Maintain a strong understanding of client budgets, ensuring commercial viability in all proposals.
Monitor account performance and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
