Ahmad Tea is a family led business, drawing on four generations of tea blending and tasting experience. The company began as a small tea boutique and our head office is based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. Whilst our head office is in the UK our teas are packed and blended in five factories around the world.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to look after some of our key markets. This role is responsible for delivering business growth through developing proactive working relationships with the relevant Distributors. The role drives key activities within the Market, using our Global Brand Strategy and tools.

We are looking for someone who is able to think of Sales from a strategic perspective, and who has a BSc (or equivalent) in a technical/analytical subject to back that up (min grade 2.2). You will need to be able to demonstrate that you are competent with all elements of the KAM role including supporting marketing requirements (& associated spend), proactively managing operational issues on behalf of the customer (such as production challenges, logistic issues etc). If you have a proven track record of Export Sales, within an FMCG environment then we would love to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 36,000.00-42,000.00 per year
