The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of our Head Office Admin Team, based in Glasgow.
Main duties will be to manage Key Account Customers, all aspects, to ensure excellent customer service and that the associated processes and procedures flow efficiently.
Secondary duties will include always maintaining clear records and continuously seeking to improve said processes & procedures on a continuous basis.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Build and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of key account customers by comprehending their requirements
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key accounts metrics
Candidate Specification
Proven experience as a Key Account Administrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent and accurate Data Entry skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships, both verbal and written
Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability in problem solving and negotiation
Professional telephone manner
Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent Customer Care skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent time management
Ability to prioritise effectively

Before commencing employment, the successful candidate will be required to complete the company employee vetting procedure.
Remuneration and Benefits
Permanent Role: Monday - Friday ( 37.5 hours per week, with 30 mins for lunch)
