Key Account Manager (Office Services - F&B)
We're looking for an experienced
Key Account Manager
to oversee major corporate clients and ensure exceptional delivery of our office Food & Beverage services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating outstanding workplace hospitality experiences, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Manage key corporate accounts and build strong client relationships
Oversee daily office F&B operations (pantry, barista, events, catering)
Drive service quality, resolve issues, and ensure SLA compliance
Develop account plans, budgets, and service reports
Identify upsell opportunities and support account growth
Coordinate with on-site teams and F&B vendors to ensure smooth delivery
What You Bring
Experience in Key Account Management or Client Service
Background in F&B, hospitality, facilities, or workplace services
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders
Customer-centric mindset with commercial awareness
