This role can either be in our Stafford, Derby, or Penketh office.

BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

You will build lasting relationships with key clients by truly understanding their goals, challenges, and vision.

As their trusted point of contact, you will ensure clear communication, timely support, and tailored strategies that help them thrive.

By staying close to their evolving needs, you will uncover growth opportunities and offer solutions that drive mutual success.

Our cross-functional teams work in harmony to deliver on promises, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.

You will monitor performance, forecast sales, and keep leadership informed, always aiming to improve and innovate.

From contract renewals to site visits and safety checks, we're hands-on and proactive.

You will stay ahead of market trends, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

What you'll bring:





Strong planning, organisation, and time management Positive, approachable, and always happy to help Commercially aware with a practical mindset Familiarity with electrical systems (PLC, SCADA, MCCs, etc.) Skilled in influencing and negotiating Open to feedback and ongoing learning Promotes teamwork and collaboration Builds genuine client relationships and offers thoughtful solutions Holds an HNC/Degree or equivalent experience in electrical discipline or demostration of experience; membership of professional Institution or similar body.
