You'll be responsible for managing high-value affiliate partnerships, driving acquisition, and ensuring performance aligns with commercial goals. We're looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with a strategic mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
Own and grow relationships with key affiliate partners across casino and bingo verticals
Identify and onboard new affiliates to strengthen brand presence in key markets
Negotiate high-impact affiliate deals and commission structures
Track affiliate performance -- optimise traffic, conversions, and player value
Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Design, Product) to ensure campaign success
Stay on top of compliance requirements in regulated markets (UKGC, MGA, etc.)
Analyse trends, uncover insights, and propose actionable improvements
Represent the brand at major affiliate and iGaming events
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working
on the operator side
in an online casino - this is essential
In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and player acquisition funnels
Familiarity with platforms like
Income Access

Cellxpert
,
NetRefer
, etc.
Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset
Data-driven approach with ability to interpret KPIs and ROI
Self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
