Senior Team Member (Keyholder) - St Vincent, Edinburgh

Pay: 13.45 per hour + share of service charge

Contract: Minimum 35 hours per week (4 days on / 3 days off where possible)

Who We Are

St Vincent is a busy neighbourhood pub in Stockbridge and part of the Tiny Cup Collective (Crybaby, Nightcap, Nip's). Known for our warm, welcoming service and great drinks selection, we're a local favourite with a strong community feel and a steady flow of visitors to Edinburgh.

We're now looking to add

one, possibly two Senior Team Members

to our core team. These are

keyholder roles

, suited to experienced hospitality staff who are confident taking responsibility during opening and closing, keeping service smooth, and maintaining high standards throughout the venue.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver friendly, genuine, confident service Help set the pace and tone of the shift Hold keys and take responsibility for opening and closing the venue Keep the pub clean, organised and running efficiently Look after guests with the right balance of warmth and professionalism Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and compliance Handle cashing up and follow venue procedures accurately Support the flow of service across all areas as needed Be a steady, reliable presence for the team

What We're Looking For

Solid, proven hospitality experience Previous keyholder experience preferred Confident working busy shifts with a calm, positive attitude Strong attention to detail - relaxed doesn't mean careless Approachable, personable service style Reliability, consistency, and pride in doing things properly Interest in good drinks and great hospitality No egos, team-focused, easy to work with SCPLH helpful but not essential
