We're looking for a

Keyholder

to be a trusted team leader, supporting store management in driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and overseeing key operational tasks. You will act as a role model on the shop floor, embodying the TM Lewin brand values and maintaining daily standards, especially in the absence of senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Leadership:

Provide exceptional customer service, setting an example in engagement and styling expertise Drive individual and team performance by coaching sales behaviour and encouraging upselling Support the team with product knowledge and help deliver "Shirt Expert" standards consistently

Operational Accountability:

Open and close the store independently, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed Handle cashing up, safe checks, and banking duties when required Maintain a strong floor presence to support real-time problem-solving

Visual Merchandising & Standards:

Oversee floor standards and ensure visual displays align with TM Lewin's brand direction Lead replenishment and stock rotation, particularly during high-traffic periods or promotional events

Team Support & Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for the team when management is not present Support onboarding and training of new team members and provide feedback to managers Communicate daily targets and priorities effectively

What We're Looking For

Previous retail experience required; leadership or keyholder experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mindset Confident in handling responsibility and problem-solving independently Passion for tailoring, fashion, and delivering elevated customer experiences Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, early opens, and late closes
