We're looking for

Sales Consultants / Sales Associates to

deliver outstanding customer service, provide expert product advice, and create an inviting store atmosphere that drives sales. Your passion for fashion and knowledge of the TM Lewin brand will help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge to meet customer needs Handle inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Sales & Product Knowledge:

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance Stay up-to-date with TM Lewin products, fabrics, fits, and tailoring options (training will be provided) Promote tailoring services and loyalty programs

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain a visually appealing store Assist in setting up seasonal and promotional displays Ensure stock levels are replenished and all sizes/styles are available

Store Operations:

Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Participate in stock management activities, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock counts Follow all company policies, including health and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

Previous retail experience preferred, especially in fashion or luxury retail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiasm for fashion and styling, with attention to detail Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
