Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kickboxing nstructor to join our team at our Warrington school and help launch the new MF Cheshire Ladies Only Kickboxing programme. This role is based in Cheshire and offers an exciting opportunity to inspire students through Martial Arts while supporting our mission of promoting active lifestyles.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging dance classes aligned with the Ladies Only programme.
Inspire ladies of all ages to achieve their personal best through innovative teaching methods.
Collaborate with other instructors to create a positive and motivating environment.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure safety and proper use of equipment during classes.
Promote the programme within the local community to attract new participants.
Maintain accurate attendance records and report on class outcomes.
Uphold the company's values of discipline, respect, and excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching Martial Arts or related activities.
Strong sports coaching background supporting physical development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students of diverse ages.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in Martial Arts or fitness (preferred).
Enthusiasm for promoting active lifestyles and healthy living.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt teaching styles to different skill levels.
