Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kickboxing Instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Martial arts training and experience in coaching others. You will ideally hold a black belt from a recognised Kickboxing Organisation. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to children and adults, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the development of skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students. Teach the Inspirit Martial Arts syllabus (full training given to the right candidate) Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participation and teamwork.

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching (Full training will be provided) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with students of varying abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire others, fostering a love for Martial Arts. Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances or student needs. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
