The Role

We're looking for an inspiring Childcare Manager to join our leadership team this summer. If you're a confident, organised, and caring professional who thrives on making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you.

You'll lead one of our vibrant holiday camps -- guiding your team, creating unforgettable experiences for children, and ensuring the highest standards of care, fun, and safety.

What You'll Do

As a Childcare Manager, you'll:

Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver fun, engaging activities in art, STEM, sport, and dance. Create a warm, welcoming environment for children and families - delivering 5 star customer service Inspire, motivate, and support your team to deliver excellence and to be their very best Maintain smooth operations and uphold GO GO Makers' and Ofsted's high standards. Act as the camp's Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Paediatric First Aider. Support with camp set-up, induction, and team meetings.

What You'll Bring

Experience Managing a team or you might currently be a Deputy, looking for the next step up Minimum 2 years' experience in childcare. Excellent safeguarding knowledge. Paediatric First Aid qualification. Strong communication and customer service skills. A love for teamwork -- and above all, working with children!

Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth & Coventry

Hours:

Zero hours or regualar contracted hours are available.

Salary:

15.00-17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Type:

Seasonal (Halt Terms and/or Holidays
