Pan-n-Ice is a leading rolled ice cream company based across the UK our first flagship concession in the North is based int he heart of the Trafford Centre, offering a unique and delicious dessert experience. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and create rolled ice cream desserts according to Pan-n-Ice's signature recipes. Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the presentation of each dessert. Maintain a clean and organised work station while adhering to food safety guidelines. Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Create a fun and positive atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service. Stay updated on Pan-n-Ice's menu offerings and any special promotions. Share product knowledge with team members to enhance customer interactions. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including regular handwashing and the use of personal protective equipment. Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role is preferred. A passion for creating delightful customer experiences. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude even in high-pressure situations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Pay: 10.50-12.21 per hour
