We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service. Experience in similar setting will be added advantage. Would suit persons with background in event catering.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the kiosk ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Work alongside team members to ensure preparation of food is maintained to high standard. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector, preferably in event catering. Strong leadership skills, with ability to take on hands on approach Knowledge of food preparation standards & ensure standards remain to high level. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends & peak trading periods as required by the business needs.
