Permanent, Full-Time, Monday-Friday





As a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations in both occupied and void properties. This role demands a multi-skilled professional with a passion for craftsmanship, customer service, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Installation & Repairs



Execute kitchen and bathroom replacements to the highest standards. Perform multi-trade tasks such as: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, vinyl flooring and decorating. Deliver a first-class customer experience with a focus on first-time fix and minimal disruption. Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, risk assessments, and safe work methods. Participate in mandatory training and maintain professional qualifications. Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, and compliant with regulations.

Customer Experience



Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and respect. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. Contribute to customer feedback and service improvement initiatives. Productivity & Efficiency Maximize daily productivity and minimize downtime. Maintain van stock and order materials responsibly. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to enhance service delivery.

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong commitment to customer service excellence. Self-motivated, organized, and solution oriented. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. IT literacy and willingness to learn new skills.

Knowledge & Experience



Comprehensive trade and construction knowledge. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Experience working in occupied homes and under time constraints.

Qualifications



GCSEs or equivalent (Essential). NVQ Level 2 or higher in a construction trade (Essential). CSCS Card, First Aid Training (Desirable). Full clean driving licence (Essential).
