Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Maki & Ramen in Lakeside Shopping Mall. This role is vital in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring our high standards of quality are maintained. Join us to be part of a passionate team that celebrates authentic Asian flavors.

Responsibilities

Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Ensure all ingredients and supplies are stocked and properly stored. Follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently. Support the team during busy service hours. Help with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup. Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Passion for Asian cuisine is a plus. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods.
