Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food preparation activities
- Help in creating and executing menu items in line with culinary standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Support in training and developing kitchen staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferable but not essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and culinary techniques
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff is advantageous
