Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. Ensure that all food is stored correctly and in compliance with food safety regulations. Support catering events by preparing food items as directed. Help with serving meals during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, including roles in catering or restaurants. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
