Kitchen Assistants

to join our kitchen team on a

full-time or part-time basis

The Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll support the kitchen team with food preparation, cleanliness and smooth daily operations. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and wants to grow within the hospitality industry.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist chefs with food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients) Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and prep areas Support smooth service during busy periods Follow food hygiene, health & safety standards at all times Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory tasks Work as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations

What We're Looking For

At least 1-2 years of experience working in kitchen or food prep Experience & knowledge of Japanese cooking is preferred but not essential Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cleanly, safely and efficiently Reliable, punctual and attentive Team player with a positive attitude Available to work evenings and weekends Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety (training provided if needed) Must have the right to work in the UK

Hours & Contracts

Full-time and part-time roles available Flexible schedules Evening, weekend and night shifts Zero-hours contract
