We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties

Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff. Support food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment by washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Help with serving meals during busy periods and assist in catering events as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not essential; however, familiarity with food preparation and safety practices is highly advantageous. Experience in catering or restaurant environments will be considered a plus. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary skills are essential for success in this role.
