Main Duties include but are not limited to;
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies.
Support chefs during service by fetching ingredients and assisting with basic cooking tasks.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Assist in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential.
A keen interest in food preparation and culinary arts.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
