We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties

Assist in meal preparation and food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients. Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in catering events, providing support for food setup and service. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, including catering or restaurant experience. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and development. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.
